The beach, its surrounds and toilets should be cleaned daily.

Upgrade beach facilities with vandal-proof materials and safe design.

Upgrade facilities to include security lighting.

All drainage over the beach should be environmentally friendly.

The boat-sheds should be retained and be painted distinctively to emphasize them as a unique feature of the Bay.

Employ a beach warden from 1 September to 30 April each year.

All developments near the beach should be limited strictly as to height and density.

Improved signage should be installed about beach access, parking and water quality.

Provide some angled car parks for people with disabilities at beach entrances.

PCC and residents to continue to promote the Big Dig and specific Bay events.

Establish seating in accessible places near the beach.

Redevelop the dive center site as an educational/ environmental/recreational facility.
